Refund policy

Do to the natural of the gifts.  Once they are ordered and given away, we cannot issue any refunds unless there are issues with the perishable items only ( i.e. strawberries).  Please understand that the items that are used cannot no longer be used for another gift idea and that the items will be discarded only.  We are sorry for this particular policy.  We can give a 48-hour cancellation window for any orders given.
